Bumper Blues

Can you call the plating company?  I worked with tri city plating and feel as if they had great customer service.

Your two photos of the bumper ends tell a lot. The right outer corner looks rounded and the rubber filler will easily slide in. The left outer corner looks flat and the slot that the filler fits in looks pinched and buckled. Not good.

The stock bumpers really didn't fit that great when new. Hopefully you got the same ones back, I've also had them switched by chromers.

I had a plater try to switch one on me until I pointed it out to him. Tried to give me back a Challenger bumper will different bolt hole alignment.
