three two barrels

It's been 2 or 3 years since I've had my 70 Challenger running, went to fire it up and no spark.
It has power to the coil and when test light connected ground to coil positive with ignition on, then cranking should be lit when on and brighten when cranking. Yes it does that.
Ground connected to coil negative, when cranking should flash on-off-on, I have nothing.
What does that mean, coil is no good or something else.

I tried 2 coils and 2 coil wires with the same result.
Where else should I be looking, any suggestions?

Which type of ignition are you running?
Points, orange box ecu, msd etc

I have a pertronix inside the factory dual point housing.

I would test the Pertronix module next. Looks easy to check if you have a voltmeter.
