Polyglas Tire Date code SOLVED (learn how)

I believe this tire is a Nov/69 date, can anyone confirm? Goodyear Polyglas F70 x 14

I wish I know more about how to date code goodyear polyglas.  I think @6bblgt  knows how to date code them?  :fingerscrossed:

there is a chart in GG's "interchange part number VOL 2 white book"

U = 1969
E = November
02 = CA Goodyear Plant (Los Angeles?)

a little tounge-in-cheek coding was used for the months:
the digit for Jan - Dec spells out " T U F S Y N P A C K E R " must have represented something at Goodyear in the '60s

is it RWL or white streak?
was it from an "E" LA assembly plant MOPAR?

dates on the wheel?  14x6.0"?

RWL for E plant car 14 x 5.5" rim date 10/2
