Nope....it's real, made out of paper....It's a reproduction made for novelty purposes just like the ad says, nothing "fake" about it....

Of course , I'm joking.....At $19K with NO DOCUMENTATION the car is priced accordingly....with solid proof of N96 and four speed, the car would be priced at $29K  :alan2cents:

Straight up is always the proper way to go; The Craigslist Ad is much better. Life has a habit of getting in the way a good portion of the time. It is too bad the best laid plans don't always work out. I would have liked to have done the project, too, but just didn't have the time or means.

It does take a bunch of time and $$$.

Haha I somehow just found this thread. I was talking to this guy and had a deal on the car. I asked him for more pictures and I started looking more closely at the pictures of the car and the build sheet and realized what it was and bailed on it once I figured it out the other day. Still a decent price if you throw away the build sheet and don't mind a reproduction vin#.

Weird how things happen, a fellow from Texas called me as he saw some e body 4 speed pedals I had for sale on craigslist. He tells me he just purchased a 71 cuda from NY, shaker hood car, guess what car it was. Yup, this one, he had no idea of it's past and I referred him to this thread. He didn't seem to concerned about the issues and said he was going to restore her.
