Recommendations for 15 x 7 Trim Ring Restoration

I have a decent set of original 15 x 7 trim rings.   Some dings and scratches but not too bad.  I would like to turn them back to show quality.  Can someone recommend a shop that does a good job restoring these?

I use Bruce Dell @ Dell metal polishing in Hubbard, Ohio. He has been doing this for years on top award winning show cars including one's at MCACN, Detroit  Autorama and SEMA cars. He's a great guy to work with.
