Tri color T/A's are freaking awesome!!!!  If it was a car you had to have then there's not many other options.  It only takes 2 people to fall in love with it.

 We were there to watch it sell and looked at it afterward. Other than the color, it didn't seem like anything out of the ordinary. The cars that sold before the TA were like ten 63-67 corvettes in a row, all bringing 100k-200k. I think that played a part in how much the TA brought.

Keep in mind the hammer price was actually 180. 198 is all in with 10%. I was there and posted the pictures on facebook. I thought it was a great car and I guess 2 other people did too.  Alot of dough, but I think we are starting to see some of this. Baby-boomers retiring and have always wanted "that car". Stay tuned!
