Build sheet for JS27NOB

I found this sheet in a seat of a A66 car I bought back in the mid 90's in the Scranton PA area. The car had 2 different color buckets and was a project car so evidently this wasn't the original seat for that car. Looks like it was a interesting car. A later built car with a July 13 build date. Free to the owner....

looks like someone was shopping under $4,000  :)

Thanks for the decoding. I thought I saw something about a wiper delay and headlight dimmer.  I guess I was wrong.
