TX9 Code

I have the Build Sheet Vehicle Report that was decoded on E-Bodies.org and was curious if someone can explain, maybe post photos of the wheel that is refer to in the TX9 code shown below.
It states the TX9 code is Wheel Color "Black" in Dodge / "Black Velvet" in Plymouth and it also has a 43 code that is for a 15" polished trim ring.
All that I have seen in Rallye wheels were silver with trim ring and a center cap that was either a light silver or a darker silver.

TX9 is the colour of the spare wheel in the trunk.
