I am suspicious of that fender tag!!! No N41, But it is coded for the tach and rallye dash. But it's for the wrong year. It has the heater control panel for the standard cluster and a two speed wiper motor.

1) Can a ( T ) handle be fitted on a 70 shifter mechanism ?

2) Actual worth ...based on pics.

The 1970 Hamtramck Registry has awarded this VIN a so called Black Flag... ** Parted out, VIN tag for sale illegally on Ebay March 2008... I guess this VIN tag has found its way into a new donor car???

Could be the "right" tag, wrong car...
It has the wrong steering column, wrong seats and as posted wrong shifter as well.
