My factory wiring harness is not sending power simultaneously to the ignition position and crank position. It will only send power to one or the other and the Mopar Performance wiring harness system for my 6.4 requires both hot at the same time. Has anyone else had this issue during their swaps? If so, how did you resolve this?

Apparently the previous owner cut some of the factory wires when installing the painless wiring harness during the restoration. Not sure if those missing wires are now causing me issues. I do not want to do anything that might damage or harm my 6.4 computer.

Thank you
Daryl

Couple of things to check:
- Double check ALL grounds, including those you are sure are ok
- On the engine harness
   - There are 2 capacitors on the back of the engine, one on each head, make sure the connectors are plugged in for each
   - Make sure both the battery connector and starter solenoid connector are connected to the starter

- On the body harness
   - Pink/Brown is the ignition relay control and needs a 12V source from ignition switch when in crank and run.
   - Light Blue/Tan is the starter relay control and needs a 12V source from ignition switch when in crank only

@daryld  303 Mopar has done the full swap so he's a good resource.    :bigthumb:

AS I suggested , the Brown & Blue wires from the ign switch so you need to connect both to the power feed to make the system work both while cranking & running .
