71 rallye dash harness

Hi,need a little help here,one of the bulb that go to cluster housing have two wires,one go to fuse box(black) other is blue w/white stripe,can anyone tell me were
he ends?

Brake warning lamp. Search "colored wiring diagrams" in the Electrical section.

Brake light is a constant power / switched ground circuit ,
so 1 wire will have constant power , the black wire will ground at either the park brake pedal & the proportioning valve , the switch is between the front & rear systems so if there is an imbalance the switch closes showing a problem with either the front or rear brake system .
