You would think the switch would have a good ground already mounted in the dash. I've ran a wire from the back of the switch panel to the body and that solved wiper problems on many e bodies.

Problem solved! Have run a wire from the rear of the switch panel to a good ground on the body, and everything is back to normal. Thank you for the help....have really appreciated all the posts on this matter.
