washer motor wire

I have a conundrum. I have a manual windshield washer pump... BUT... I think I have a washer motor wire connector. Is this just an empty connector that dangles around in case I decide to hook up a motor? or is it likely it"s something else? It is on the the same line as the two horns. So not sure what else it would be. Thoughts? If it is just an extra connection, how does it lay?

YES, all the harnesses have the washer pump wire
