I am not sure if I am using the correct terms.  If I am not please correct me.  As I see it there are two sets of Inspection covers that go into the engine bay of a 70 Cuda.  First set is a, "Tar Paper" like material.  The drivers side is mounted from the outside and the passengers side is mounted from the inside.  Correct?  Then there are metal ones how are these mounted?  What type of hardware (screw size) do I need?  Are they body color or black? I have seen them both ways.  Are they gloss black, Semi-gloss, or flat?  Anything else I need to know in order to install these correctly and what are they really called?

Access shields and semi-gloss black, go on from the wheel side with 5/16 hex head screws. You're correct with the rubber splash shields.
