Hey guys I'm putting together the shaker components on my Challenger and was wondering if anyone has a couple of pics of how the parts inside the shaker go together?   What hardware goes where how the rod attaches where the plastic washers go?  Things like that.  I want to dry fit everything one time before I take it all apart to paint and with fiberglass you only get a couple of shots before it begins to weaken.  Thanks

Make sure you test fit everything. When I did mine I had to test fit the hot and cold air doors first. If you screw the grilles in first the doors might not squarely mate up the grilles. You are screwing into fiberglass. If you have to move the holes after you screw something down you might have to fill the old holes up with some glue.

Here's a few from mine that might help.

Yikes, had no idea it was so complicated, makes me glad I only have a T/A hood.

Awesome information thanks guys.

Does anyone know where the 2nd ground strap goes?  The shorter one?

Dave. look at the above pics. it attaches to the lower hot door and goes to the front center bubble bolt hole.
