I haven't had a chance to look it over yet.

Parked car and when putting cover on I noticed a 4 inch puddle of fuel on shop floor in area of corner of fuel tank where lines go through frame. Almost like it puked it out than quit. 1 line is larger than other. Larger one is non-movable and smaller one can be easily flexed. Am I correct in thinking smaller one is vent line and has rubber connections that may be leaking ?

Possible but tank would need to be full for that to happen. Filler neck grommet is also a likely possibility.

I had a torn filler line grommet.  The tank started leaking once the level was above 3/4 full.

I had the filler neck grommet crack and when I went to fill the tank it leaked so bad I was lucky the car did not catch on fire.

Racer57,
If your talking about a cuda that fuel is coming from the vent line which is open in the frame. Check and make sure you have the right gas cap. There is a vented and non vented cap. I had a leak when I got the car and replaced the cap and it stopped.
Hope this will help.
