Push rod length headache

So dumb question  I suppose but no one makes a over the counter set of pushrods that work with that combination?  A long time ago I installed Isky adj rockers on a 383 using Sig Erson (pre-made) push rods and it was a perfect fit.

And I bought two sets of Isky's with virtually new pushrods at Spring Fling years a go.... The only thing wrong with them? there were rub marks on the rockers where the pushrod cups hit the rockers beside the adjusters...  Sometimes they are find, mostly they aren't... Your better off measuring & getting it right...
