Cool never seen those , generally I never use AN fittings though , I use JIC instead , they are the same fittings in steel but run 10% of the cost , most of the time I plumb a whole system for less than the cost of 1-2 AN fittings

Neil, aren't those Japanese Industrial fittings? Where did you buy them may I ask?

 They are Joint Industry Council replacing mil spec fittings
Any industrial supply for hose & fittings has them , Greenline , Greggs dist , etc , they are a different angle , 37* flare fittings but they work as well or better than AN & are far cheaper , generally less than 10% of AN .
Both AN [Army-Navy] & JIC are 37* fittings , SAE are 45*

I just finished a Big block Dart > Fuel and Trans lines, engine cooling lines ( except rad hoses / primary trans cooler) in Stainless flex line.
Was going to use AN fitting, til  I priced it out .....ouch
$30  @ 2 carb inlet
went with JIC
