Had issues with existing valve covers.  Does anyone other than Mopar Performance make a cast aluminum valve cover that has a knockout for PVC and Breather along with oil fill ? Edelbrock told me theirs could be milled.  :pullinghair:

I've had issues with passenger side rear leaking that cast covers take care of.

This is the layout I presently have and would like to at least have the breather/pvc holes both towards the back. The oil fill I don't care which side its on. I could route the PVC to the front if I had too though. These covers had the powder coat bubble is why I want to replace them.

I got everything taken care of.     I was try to use Mopar Performance covers for a replacement, but the two bolts on the exhaust side of both covers would not start. I had them off/on several times trying to find out what the problem was. I got a 6" long 1/4" bolt and it treaded in without any issues, but the shank was hitting the top edge of the cover. This told me that my socket/extension was too thick, not allowing the proper angle for the bolt to start. After screwing around with this for 4 1/2 hours, my Wife came out to shop and asked me what my problem was. I explained it to her, and she said "You have a tool that will do what you want, but I'm not sure what it is." Blew her off, then went inside and made this post and called Jegs. I was convinced that I had either bad castings or wrong covers. They authorized return of covers. Otw to town on another errand this morning with boxed up covers to take to shipper when they opened later on,  I met a buddy thats also into cars and told him what was happening. He said "You tried using Allens ?"  DUH !!!  Went back home and they work perfect. Wife came out, saw the Allen T wrench on bench and said "Thats what I was talking about !!! "  I'm sure others here have done the same thing. You get so frustrated at a problem you totally forget the simple solutions. Moral of the story... listen a little closer to your Wife !!   :D

I have done the same thing more times than I would like to admit. :-X
