Still need to use YouTube to post a video file?

Dumb question, and probably already covered, but with the new forum upgrade do we still need to use a YouTube link to post a video here?

That would be the best solution yes.

One could theoretically allow videos as attachments but that would use alot of disk space over time. So unless one has alot of storage space on ones web server... best to keep that as an external thing. Eg Youtube DailyMotion, etc etc.

Thinking about that, YouTube must have large hard drive!  :thinking:  :haha:

They have multiple servers with multiple storage drives. :)
