It is all relative
When I bought my first Chall it was $1300 in 78 , you could buy a nice house for $50 k , it was a U code 4spd .
Now the same house is over $600 k so $15k for the Chall approx , except that they still make houses , not so much 70 Challengers !

No doubt. Plastic has to be up to at least 50% or more now.
