Phillip, this is a puzzling one if it's a Dodge promo picture... No R/T badges, but scooped hood (with V21, too!), but wheelwell moldings and no V8 emblems?
I did not think the R/T hood was available on a basic Challenger except for the A66's

Maybe its just me, or the angle of the picture taken, but those dont look like E-body buckets seats to me, not as rounded on the top.
Passenger side one is the one that looks odd.

@benlavigne  I understand you could get the hood, You could get a rallye cluster and a 4-speed on any V8 E-Body.
