The original Widebody.

Looks like it's in Switzerland too.  Who knew they were so far ahead of the game.

This was taken in SoCal last weekend. New pic but definitely a vintage paint job. Had appearance of lacquer with all the crazing in the paint.
Life is to be viewed thru the windshield. Not rear view mirror.

Looks rusty under the doors already , the Plum paint didn't hold up well  :Thud:

The Plum Crazy of my youth.  They all looked like that by 1977 (when I started shopping for my first car).

FC7 did not age well, That could have been an A66 car. If you look closely there is no R/T in the stripe.  :takealook:

RUNCHARGER

Some FC7 cars got repainted the first year. It faded like heck and fell off to reveal the grey primer underneath as well.

That stripe was not an option on the A66, Bumblebee was standard, could be deleted, or body side moldings deleted it.
This has wheelwell moldings and a black grille, which were not part of A66, but could have been added, so who knows?
Looks like an SE emblem on sail panel, but no hood-fender-door moldings?

But a lot less useable,,, it now has twin EFI units under that Shaker...
But they could have reproduced some of the look, maybe with a wrap?

Rick's old car. Looks great either way.
