After many hours searching for dealers that had them on lot, I ended up buying one from a dealer 4 hours away this past weekend that had the options I wanted. There were only two in flame red that were close to me but the options were a bit overkill for me and I didn't want to pony up the extra cash.

Alan was right, now's the time to buy. I got $13k off of the msrp and $7250 of that was rebates. Ended up getting the 4x4 because that's all that was available without ordering and I realized it was the best thing to do.

I haven't driven it much as I have another vehicle to drive back and forth to work (Hemi Cuda), just kidding but I love this truck. Didn't realize just how awesome these trucks were. Last new truck I bought was in '93 so a review from me may not mean much. Plan on driving it to work today and enjoy it a little. I love this feeling and want it to last as long as possible so I'm taking it easy. I know, Crazy.

It's going to look great with this AAR. Red with all the blackout.

Congrats! great looking truck for sure. the new Rams are great and pretty reliable. the Hemi and 8spd are very solid and the uConnect is one of the best infotainment systems out there. I think you did good
