3 "special" fender tags and no codes??

Saw this this past weekend.
Seems odd and not legit.
Life is to be viewed thru the windshield. Not rear view mirror.

Owners idea of a joke? Why would it not have a regular tag with vin and options?

There is no law that states you HAVE to display correct fender tags.  The car is obviously not a stock restoration.  Who cares what the owner decides to display on his/her MODIFIED car.
