Air lines in garage options?

Take a look at the Maxline kits on Amazon. I'm about to do my garage with it. Reasonably priced and clean looking.

Here's a tip regardless of line type you choose.
All of your drops should point up and then U back down. This way all resident water will reside on bottom of pipe and you pull air from its top side. This also keeps the first drops from becoming a drain when not being used.

And I have heard and seen the destruction of failed PVC. It dries and cracks from the inside out.

At my prior garage I used threaded black pipe.  The mains were all 1".  I rain the main "low" and sloped it in the direction of flow.  All taps came off the top of the main.  I used 1/2" for the taps.  I did it this way so I could have a single drain at the end of the line. I did not want a drain at each point of use as it would possible be behind tool boxes, etc. My airlines were concealed behind drywall.  The attached pictures show before and after drywall.  The Petty Blue paint and black stripe was a nod to my 72 Cuda.

I like the adjustable lights. I can see having a few of those around the shop in various positions.

Thanks - I had my work bench set up under the track lights - was a nice bright work space.

OK, thought I decided on copper but the Maxline kits look decent, aluminum coated line rated higher than my compressor max psi and looks easy to work with. I`ll probably price the copper out this weekend but I`m not too thrilled about the cutting and soldering. I think the Maxline looks easier and quicker to do as long as it holds up as good?
