And the Bid Goes On Cars Neglected after the crossing the block

I was at Mecum Kissimmee Saturday 1/14 and could not believe how the cars that did not sell were treated after crossing the block. Quite a few cars were covered in fine Florida sand and dust even though they were under one of the large tents with no sides. One was the BS27V0B100004 Pilot Cuda Six-Barrel Convertible and the top was left down which left the entire interior covered in dust/sand. The other was the JS27V0B100021 Challenger SixPack Convertible although the top was up on it.
Both cars had High Bid/Asking Price decals on the windshield saying $850,000 (which made me think they were from the same seller). Neither car shows up on the auction Results either.

That price is a bit ridiculous but Mecum should treat the cars a bit better than this no matter what the price.

As I recall those two cars were being sold together, so the high bid was for the pair.
That condition does look bad, I know a front went through and maybe some high winds with that, but they should take better care of the cars.
I'm pretty sure those two belong to Mecum, they've shown up at a number of the Mecum auctions before

@MoparCarGuy Thanks for taking the time to post pictures from the auction. I really appreciate knowing what's going on at a particular show or auction especially when I'm not able to attend.

Not much they can do about the wind/sand blowing around but I agree at least put the top up.

Looks like some mis-treatment on those awesome rides!

It could have been worse, remember the auction in Arizona or maybe it was Nevada around 10 years ago where a bad storm rolled through, blew over one of the big top tents cars were displayed in, and many cars were badly damaged?
