EDIT ..... I've tracked down all the parts for the belt drive and can get from Rockauto & Ebay for around $200 sans the power steering pump if I didn't miss anything.. looks like they have an alternator after further review.
As for the PS pump the item listed appears to be for a pump only.. Will they not need a reservoir as well as a high pressure line?    Thinking someone might have a derelict sitting around they might pull all this from which would include a pulley.  @BIGSHCLUNK    :Stirring:

I see a long list of parts including an alternator & PS pump for the belt drive....
Would a made to order setup perhaps be the way to go?

I'm headed out there this weekend.
I'm looking through all the pics (everyone's galleries) and trying to determine what big items we are missing.
Pulleys are the big ticket items right now- they seem to be the unknown.
Can't fire a car without them!

Doesn't BIGS run a yard? Maybe he can help us with some of the idlers and such.

I'll edit the list again in a few!
Build party 2.0 is inevitable!

I have to go see what she's got.
I'm definitely going out Saturday to see, search and record everything.
Cathy sent me more pics last night.

Biggest issue right now:
The serpentine belt kit is MIA

The used pump I see appears to be out of a newer unit, or perhaps a Jeep based on what
I've seen https://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo.php?pk=5056875&cc=1180370&jsn=844
Itf so It will have a 6-rib pulley vs the 7-rib the Magnums use unless we can find a deal on some 6-rib magnum pulley's .......

The unit in the box below p/n 20-6159 which is for pre-75 chrysler products would have a 5/8" bore Keyway held with a nut.  It might be easier to get a March pulley that would fit the 20-6159....https://marchperformance.com/chrysler-small-block-single-6-rib-serpentine-canister-style-keyway-power-steering-pulley.html

I was thinking you might have a '90's Pickup or Van with a Magnum motor at your business that would have some of what's on the list having to do with the serpentine drive & pump..

No not anymore... were pretty much late model only. Average age in the yard right now is 2012/2013
Mostly insurance wrecks. Add to that the fact that this month was highest scrap price in awhile. Most guys cleaned house.

What size radiator, I have A 26" upper hose I can donate.

I'm pretty darn sure it's a 3 core 26" Radiator.
I greatly appreciate the help!

Thanks!
