My 70 Cuda is put away for a LONG winters nap. About 5 months and I can wake her up  :tired:

Prepped her up, pumped up the tires added the sta-bil and marvel, pulled the battery, and laid out the charcoal.

What is "sta-bil and marvel"? Some kind of fuel stabilizer?

Yes. I use it in my generator and lawn mower in the winter. I don't plan on storing my car so I don't use them.
But a good idea if storing your baby.

Nope. But there were several weeks this Summer where I parked the 'Cuda, even with a/c it was just too dang hot. 105-110°F.

I've had several friends who've moved to Houston.  They say it's similar the the situation we have with weather here in the Chicago area.  Except instead of cold, they spend several months inside in AC when it's the super hot and humid time of year!
Whatever the case, we look forward to spring when the weather gets nice and we can get our cars out of hibernation!

Sweet! I am in Australia, no off season here but I do sometimes lay one or 2 of my cars up for a while at a time. this would be perfect.

Yesterday was nighty nite time for NIKKI. I took her out for a last blast in the afternoon. She loves that cold air coming thru the shaker. But it's been 30's here at night and not gonna get better. A trip coming up an family stuff I'm afraid to wait any longer. I've gone as long as Thanksgiving weekend but its not been that kind of weather this year. Prepped her up, pumped up the tires added the sta-bil and marvel, pulled the battery, and laid out the charcoal. Nighty nite baby girl!

I'm glad you got it out a few times this year @BIGSHCLUNK . Maybe next year we can meet up somewhere.
That be great!!!  :burnout:

laid out the charcoal.

@BIGSHCLUNK Does the charcoal keep the mice away?

Helps with moisture

Correct... but actually it's two fold.... Charcaol soaks up moisture, but also keep mice away. Have I had mice in my garage.... you bet! But never ever in any of my cars!  :ohyeah:   Just don't use the"match light" kind
