Floyd Garretts closing for good...

Headed to Gatlinburg this week, and just saw Garretts museum is closing for good 10-31-21

I wonder where the cars will go, or if another party will take over and it will reopen under a different name?
Lots of cars and memorabilia.

Most of the cars are privately owned, except for a few owned by Floyd. The guy at the museum said the memorabilia MIGHT go to auction; i.e. Mecum, but its not been finalized. The Chevy dealer next door bought the property.

I visited it in 2019. I enjoyed it. Sad to see it go.
