1962 Plymouth Valiant with the aluminum slant six engine

"A competition engine, the Hyper-Pak featured a much more radical cam, intake, and carb; steel tubing exhaust headers; higher compression pistons; and a special tuned exhaust system. Advertised at 195 hp, Hyper-Pak engines are often said to put out even more power. They were the rulers of the lower stock classes at the drag races."

I haven't forgotten the early Mopars!!  I suspect I'm going to enjoy this car more than my Viper here, pretty soon!!

How about the first Satellite Plymouth
This was done as a prototype by Mopar in 1964.  This car still exists. I have some current owner pics also. This first pic is from a trade show in 1964
2nd pic is from current owner

My computer doesn't recognize the format.  Sounds like a cool car though!

Pic was of mine.  :'(
I sold it a couple of months ago. Had it since new and had 90k miles on it. Yes lots of fun with more potential on tap. Too many projects and something had to give. At 12ish mpg it was not practical for the miles I drive.
Still bummed...
