For me, the Barracuda is going into paint within the next two weeks. I have an 833 OD being rebuilt now. Also looking at rebuilding an 8 3/4 rear end for it. I have just about everything needed to put it back together and hope to be there by Summer. The only thing I think I'll be lacking is a rebuild of the motor, don't think that's going to be in the budget this year.
Growing older is mandatory...growing up is optional.

I am hoping to have my car on the road late summer/early fall. We are finishing up the metal soon I hope then it'll head to paint.

Upgrade to the 850 carb I just got. Reconfig my shaker a bit. Then just drive!

A realistic goal for me would be to get the brakes fully operational. Maybe even drive it outside instead of pushing it again.

brakes for me, too. that's my next objective.  followed closely by a dash pad swap and harness repair.

First goal was to fire the newly rebuilt 416. Today that happened. Was only for a quick 20 seconds or so, as I'm still waiting for a lower rad hose for my run stand but it was enough to confirm I had timing right. I'm super happy that it fired right up.
Next is to get some cooling happening so I can run it for 20 minutes or so to check for any issues.

Other goals are to get my car reassembled so it's ready for the 2026 season. I really don't think I'll make the 2025 season but there's hope, if I can get my car back soon enough from the bodyshop.

For the Barracuda - dropping the engine and transmission to install the rebuilt power steering box, installing heli coils or keen serts to fix the one stripped thread in the bellhousing (I`ll do all four while I am at it), pulling the heads to have them refreshed, installing and painting the AAR hood I bought a while back, getting new stripes made and put on, adding a front spoiler. I have a bunch more I would like to do but I`ll be lucky to get that all done considering it`s Jan 1st and the road runner is still on the rotisserie taking up both bays in the garage. I need to finish welding touch ups, cleaning, sanding and painting the under carriage so I can get the road runner on jack stands so I have room to pull the Barracuda in. I need three things - more time, more money and more ambition, of course a bigger garage would help as well but that ain`t gonna happen.

Have you posted pictures of your run stand?  If not, start a new thread and show us.   I'd love to see it.   I've been thinking about  fabricating one of these.

This is what I ended up going with - Larin Corporation Mobile Engine Testing Station
It's not the greatest run stand but will work for my needs.
I can start a different thread and post some pictures of it later on, once I get back to the shop.

I've got a number of E body goals for 2025 and we'll see what if any get done since they were all on my 2024 goals list and didn't get done.
For my convertible I have had 2 goals, replace the exhaust and remove the old tape pinstripes and have correct style painted ones done.  I bought a takeoff Accurate exhaust from a member here, and haven't yet found a shop to modify and install it.  Used to be a bunch of custom exhaust shops around eager for business, but now they're largely history. Alternatively spend $2000 for a new Accurate or Garner exhaust and install it myself. Ouch on the 2 large.  :o
I was told removing decals off clear coat risks peeling clear coat, so I'm scared to try to peel off my old stripes so a pinstriper can paint new ones on!
For my 71 V code Challenger, get back to my project of trying to sell it.  I've come to realize I'm not cut out to be a salesman, and was going to list it on BaT last year, but that got sidetracked when they didn't like my pictures I submitted as they weren't recent enough for them. With the car stored an hour away and a busy summer/fall, I simply didn't have the time and bandwidth to get the car out and try to take a couple hundred fresh pics. I've got April bookmarked to work on that.  If that doesn't work, try to find an honest broker. Like with auctions, I don't think any are honest?  Last resort is buy a larger place with a bigger garage so the car can be at my home. Then keep all my cars until I croak and let my estate worry about it then!  I'm close to calling it done as far as trying to sell anything these days, and maybe will just keep everything I own that is too valuable to throw away forever!
And lastly, for the trailer queen T/A, get it out and drive it some. I planned to in 24, but the times planets looked to align, rain threatened, and a few other times it was hot and humid and I couldn't motivate myself to go out in the humid garage and mess with it, when I had the convertible parked next to it I could just connect the battery, turn the key, hit the switch to lower the top, and roll off into the sun, or the Magnum I can just spend 5 minutes removing the T tops then head out enjoying the fresh air and sun as I head to a cruise. I find it hard in summer to wrestle with hardtops when I love driving open air cars so much!

I've been rebuilding a set of Rallye gauges over the past month or so. Quartz conversion, and new motherboard for the tach. Also disassembled the bezel, cleaned up the backing plate and put new wood grain on it.
I hope to get it installed this spring when the weather warms up.

Major goal this year is to find an A500 OD transmission and install it. I still think it's a cheaper option to do that than gear venders kit.

For my cuda I hope to get her back from the paint jail and have it finished later this year Aussie

I`ve removed lot`s of decals and stripes and unless there is a general adhesion issue with the clear coat I have never had it peel. Warm it with a heat gun or hair dryer as you remove it.

Finish the build of my Challenger T/A convertible!
Contrary to the opinions of some, I am not dumber than I look.
