I've never been to one of those races, but I've been told the sound and telling is something you have to experience.  I want to go someday.  Thanks for sharing some photos.

In person is a completely different experience. The way it is shown on TV does not give you an appreciation of how fast those cars are. The speed, the sound,  the smell of rubber and nitro, and the vibration the grandstands makes for quite an atmosphere.

   You can feel the power of these cars actually pounding on your chest and head.  It is truly amazing.
