L.A.Kings swept in 4 games by Las Vegas.

Next up... Sharks.

Gulp.  :-[

Amazing...who would have picked them to make the playoffs let alone sweep their first ever playoff series.

Jason

First of all, I do watch a fair share of NHL Hockey.

If you watched last nights game of the Sharks vs. Knights game 1; it was an eye opener on what's to come.

Now keep in mind the Sharks are a pretty respectable team on ice.
L.V. Knights scored 4 goals in 5 minutes. The Sharks tried to put a game together but they were totally out matched.

If any of you think your team can beat them, you're not being a realist.
It's nice to dream but even the  Penguins won't match them.

They're bigger, faster, more physical, and quicker than anyone right now.

What a blow out against the Sharks.

No matter how for they go the knights are surprising this year!  I hope they make it to the next round (I picked them in my bracket) and them lose against the Jets.

Even if the Knights do win the series against the Sharks, then they will have to play either the Jets or Preds of which both teams are bigger, faster, and more physical than them. Whom need I remind you finished the season as the 2 BEST teams in the NHL that played in the BEST Division in the NHL the Central and had way more tough games playing the majority of their games against the BEST Division in the NHL and not in the WEAKEST Division in the NHL which just so happened to be the Knights Division the Pacific..... :Stirring: :pokeeye:

You must've not watched what happened last night obviously.

As a matter of fact I did watch it, they played well but you can't win a 7 game series in 1 game....

The Sharks will bounce back and win tomorrow 3-1.... :Stirring:

As for the East, the Pens will beat the Caps and the Bruins will beat the Lightning but the Pens will lose to the Bruins in the East Final....

Sharks win in double O/T    :clapping: :woohoo: :bravo:

Well I was wrong on the score but right on the outcome....

Any good team that gets beat by a big score like 7-0 will come back extra hard the next game.....

So far my predictions are getting closer to  reality:

What I first wrote:

Western Division:  L.V. Golden Knights vs. Nashville Predators to go for the Stanley.

Eastern Division:  Tampa Bay Lightning vs. Washington Capitals to go for the Stanley.

These are exciting times.

Have you not noticed a trend built in tragedy here? Not in Hockey, but sports in general.

2013, there was the Boston Marathon bombing, and suddenly the Red Sox win the world series after 100 years.

New Orleans gets flooded, and the Saints win their first Super Bowl.

Houston gets flooded, and the Astros win their first world series.

So last year, there was the Las Vegas shooting, So guess who will win the Stanley cup?

Wow that's a wild coincidence.

If Las Vegas does make it, I will lean for them to win.
