It's the story of my life sadly, nothing gets done easily or as planned.... :headbang:
I need a signboard for my T/A for MCACN in 3 weeks.
There's a guy semi local to me who has a car show sign business.  Good guy, Mopar guy, and he has multiple sceloris or muscular distrophy or something like that.  So I really admire him for running a business despite his disability.  I went on his website in September, spent an hour entering info and pictures, then got to the part where you entered credit card info and it said my card was no good.  So I entered info from another card, rejected again!  My cards work every day at the gas station, stores restaurants etc, WTH?  I then entered info on the contact us area of the site, and waited for a response that never happened.  You can't call him, his speaking abilities are hampered by his condition. I didn't see him this summer, hope he's OK!
I saw Bob Ashton a few weeks ago, and told him my need for a sign.  He put me in touch with someone he uses for the show.  I exchanged emails with the woman, and a last weekend emailed her pictures and info.  So far, crickets.  I tried emailing her a couple days ago to see if she got my pictures, no response.
Now it's getting down to the wire, I guess no one wants my money?  Any leads on someone who can throw a sign together for me quick, maybe even deliver to me at the show, someone who actually responds to emails?

There's a guy on our Facebook (e-bodies.org group) that just posted about the signs he makes:

I made one up on my computer and had office max print/mount it on a foam board. Works well enough for me.

I don't do Facebook, for better and on very rare occasion, worse.  :P
When I had my '71 in the show in 2010 and 2011 I made up a sign that turned up pretty well.  At the place I worked then, we had a large color printer in our Industrial designers office, and I put something together and printed it up.  Put it in a frame from the store and called it good.  I don't have a large printer at my present work.
My laptop started acting up Friday and now I guess I need to put taking it to PC repair shop on my "too much to do" list, and thats where my pictures are stored. A sign for this year wasn't meant to be!  An 8X10 sheet of info I have in a sleeve displayed on the dash pad will have to do unless the MCACN sign lady I sent pictures and description to last weekend decides to respond.
