My brother Gary, who passed away a few years ago from cancer, would've been very proud Of his oldest son. So, I'm taking that seat and doing a stand in for him. Gary Lavoie jr. has been making a name for himself in NASCAR racing in his home state of Arizona. Gary jr. lives and races in Tucson and has honed and achieved his racing skills at the Tucson Speedway. He has mainly been racing in the Pro Stock div. 2, but has raced for 2 years in various divisions with solid runs. His successes started in 2016.
Hornet div. Rookie of the year for 2016
Arizona Pro Stock Rookie of the year, Tucson Speedway, for 2017
In 2018 he was asked to receive his Arizona Rookie of the year Award in Charlotte, South Carolina.
at the NASCAR Awards Banquet in Pro Stock. Where he was congratulated by, King Richard Petty.
The new race season is beginning for my nephew with new hopes loads of luck and a new car.
I'm proud of him and as car enthusiasts let's  wish him luck on his new race season. Thanks,   Al
