E body Cruise Control

(going onto my car, along with the other necessary Cruise Control parts, but not original to the car.  This came off another 70 Challenger)

Shift Gate lettering, used on some console shift automatic transmission cars built in August 1969, and maybe very early September.

This one's actually mine.  :)

Maybe not quite Rare, since it was standard on Gran Coupes & Western Sport Specials, but it's an unusual option on anything else.

Woodgrain Non-Rallye Dash

70 Challengers with this option, didn't have the unique 70 Challenger gauges and ribbed bezel.

Cuda Cody

Nice photos cataclysm80!   :clapping:  Some super rare stuff there.

Adapter for Rear Window Defogger with Stereo Rear Speakers.

Early build 1970 Challenger door panel WITHOUT the woodgrain insert.

Console Mounted Cassette Player and 3 Speed Manual Transmission

Which one is more rare?

My first Cuda came with a headlight turn off delay.  Whats that called?

no, it was a stand alone OPTION L42 - "headlight time delay w/warning" $18.20 ***** my 6bbl Sport Fury GT had the OPTION

OPTIONED on roughly 150 'cudas for 1970

My Challenger R/T Vert has that option along with power windows, A/C & luggage rack.... Nothing real rare but nice options....

A35 Trailer Towing Package

The package changed a little through the years.  I'll have to dig out my car notes on it sometime.
If I recall correctly, it didn't actually come with a hitch, you had to get that aftermarket, but it made sure your electrical system, gearing, tires, and brakes were good enough for the job.

Barracuda Orange Door Inserts
The seat covers are not correct in this photo.

I've heard of red, but never orange. The red ones have chrome trim in them just like the wood grain inserts. Was orange an option?

Here is a picture of some of my red pieces..
