looks like they came out of the hole that the cars went into.  I bet it's a trash dump.  Wheel the cars right down the hole.  You can see the light up above the cars. Then they come out of a cave entrance and there is a road leading to that entrance/exit.

Pretty cool.

Been a while but IIRC, that is in Wales(?) and was a dumping ground years ago. Pretty cool.
