I believe the 1970 Hemi 'Cuda BS23R0(B) was only produced by the Hamtramck Assembly Plant

There were BS23V0E 440 6 barrel cudas made, but I have never ran across a JS23V0E 440 6 pack Challenger.  Were any 6 pack Challengers ever made at the LA plant?

Yes, the 440-4 and 440-6 cars, both Barracuda and Challenger were produced by the "E" Los Angeles plant in 1970 and 71, both E and B bodies.

Though the plant continued to make cars until '71, E bodies were only built there in 1970.

Theoretically, V code Challengers could have been built there.  I've seen V0E Cudas, but have never seen or read about any V0E Challengers.  Doing an internet search finds nothing an any VOE Challenger that I found.  So does anyone have any information on any built?
I did find info that some SE Challengers were built in LA.

excellent detail.  After reviewing my notes, I find no evidence I've ever seen a 1971 U or V E-body from Los Angeles.  I did find a number of 1970 Challengers.

Are you saying that should be JS? I'm not well versed in this stuff.

Yes, Challenger R/T's are JS.  JH is the base model, however JH includes T/As and A66 cars.  Cuda's are always BS including AARs and 'cuda 340s.
A base model JH V code Challenger is not possible.  Also the font on LA plant fender tags is a little different looking than Hamtramck tags, the font looks a little tighter or crisper looking, that tag shown has more of the look of a Hamtramck tag.

I agree some of the Los Angeles body code plates have a different font.  But not all of them.  I suspect (and this is unverified) the plant(s) had more than one Body Code Plate Punching Machine at a time.  Because I've seen that thinner font and the more common fatter font on Los Angeles body code plates across 1969 to 1971.

But it's also possible, like the old IBM Selectric typewriter, the font punching mechanism could be changed out, periodically, which may explain the differing fonts produced across the span of model years.
