Door Latch and Lock Rods

Working on getting the door latch and lock rods installed on my 70 Cuda.  I've searched a lot of past posts on this subject that had some helpful photos included.  Based on these posts, I am reasonably certain I have the correct rods on both doors, as everything functions the way it should (door opens when the inside handle is activated, door locks and unlocks correctly using the inside lock lever).  The only thing that makes me question if the rods are correct is that they "cross over" each other just before they attach to their respective latch levers.  See attached photos of the passenger door looking at the latch and where the two rods attach.  Can anyone confirm I have the correct rods in the right place, and that everything is oriented correctly?  Would like to be sure before I install the inside door panel and button everything up.
