WTB 1970 V-Code 'Cuda

Looking for a driver quality '70 'Cuda, preferably 4 speed #s matching, but auto non #s will do, Rally dash and Dana 60.  Other than that, colors and options other than that I am open although I sort of prefer the not so popular colors.  Needing minor work (interior refresh, new wiring etc) ok but not looking for a project.

Not looking for a trailer queen are 100 point restoration car, something I can drive.  Combing the usual sites there is not much I saw that I am interested in so hoping someone might "know a guy"

I know there are lots of factors, but anyone with an idea of what I should expect to pay please weigh in - I figure $80-110K should find a nice car, but I may be way off.
