This is the heater control bezel from my old truck. How do I flatten out the warp that I have circled in red?

I have a similar task in front of me with a console door.  In the case of your heater control bezel, what do you think of using some method involving a straightedge, shims, clamps and/or a weights to bend the bow a little past the original straight alignment and then use a heat gun to get it hot, but obviously not enough to melt the plastic?  Hopefully when it cools down it will be straight.

I had one piece with a slight bend in it as well, I used two pieces of hardwood a couple of clamps and a heat gun. I used the heat gun to slowly heat up across the piece and then clamped it with the hardwood like a sandwich
The only thing flat earthers fear, is sphere itself.

Murray, just run about a #10X1.5" pan head screw through it into the steel dash housing. She'll be good as new bye!  :tool:   :bigthumb:

If you don't like the heat gun idea, clamp it and put it in the sunshine for a few days.  Either in a window with directly light or outside.
I've done this and it worked.

Heat gun and lots of patience.
Center core needs to be as hot as outside surfaces.
