Door glass rear stabilizer

I just got a new set of door glass stabilizers and it doesn't appear the rear stabilizer on either side can be installed. It does look like the holes in the door for them were never used, even from the factory. The rear glass track mount prevents from mounting the stabilizer and I don't see any other location to mount them. Did 70 Challengers use the rear stabilizer?  These are the original doors and my car was built in Oct 1969. TIA

Thanks. I ended up having to cut half of the back side off to get it to fit. The rear glass channel wouldn't allow it to fit.
