If you have 4 wheel drum, that's not a very rare master cylinder for a '70.  The same part was used on most drum brake Mopars '67-70.  It's not super unusual to find an original one in the box when you buy a rebuilt at an auto parts store.
Also, there are new ones available that look very close to OE, and you can buy a nice repro bolt on cap from PG classics that once installed on the aftermarket cylinder,  makes the MC look very original appearing.

The casting number and the Chrysler part number are not the same.
Some 70s Mopar master cylinders had a little tin tag on the bale wire that had part of the Chrysler part number, but otherwise the only way to ID an original Chrysler master cylinder is to look at an interchange listing of what casting number corresponded to which OE part.  For example the 2229171 that everyone is always looking for is the casting number for Chrysler pn 2944453, one year only 70 E body with disc brakes.
