I bought a cup holder from:
https://www.cupholdersplus.com/mopar-double-drink-holder.html

I thought it was too much so I cut it down and made this. I used Velcro to keep it in place on the console.

Great idea. I can't drive without my coffee!

For those of you without a center console or any place to place a cupholder I use a Zojirushi insulated coffee mug.. Keeps stuff very HOT and doesn't spill.. It's a step up from the Hydroflask I used to swear by :)

Does that sweat, I'd be worried about build up of water on the console.

That is an expensive cup holder.

I have just installed it, but I have not tried it yet. That is a good question that may have to be addressed. I'm trying to be non-invasive so that may be a problem.

This may be the answer to the drips at the bottom of the cup holder:

Innovative although expensive workaround to not destroying the center console
Will subscribe to see where this goes thanks

Do people actually drink a lot in their cars ? :dunno:
Back when I was doing a lot of car shows...I remember I had a "zero food or drink" rule in my cars...used to drive my girlfriend nuts.... :haha:

I sure do! My kid's car seats have built in cupholders for me. That said, at any given time I'm hauling milk if my son is with me.  :stop:

Posted before. Dakota console squeezes between the seats.
Not mounted just pull out for shows.

I'm still working on this. It was interfering with the shifter so I changed it.
It is now much smaller and I used an existing screw location to hold it in place (with a longer screw).
Not perfect yet but getting better. I tighten down the screw as much as I could but it still wants to swivel on the screw. I added Velcro to keep it from moving. I'm thinking I need is add a rubber bottom so that it will not move.
Close, but not there yet.

This gives me a great idea.

Will have to give it a try. I really just need the cup and not the bridge in between the two.
