A very generous person on this forum gave me many parts including a used package tray.  It has marks on it that indicate a trim piece around the defroster opening.  What trim piece goes here?  Are they available?

For cars equipped with rear window defrost there is a bezel that attaches here through the package tray and the defrost duct connects from the trunk side.
Does your car have defrost? If not it can get far more complicated to add it than just buying a package tray without the hole.

I believe the car DOES have defrost.  Messing with that was really low on my priority, but there is a defrost switch on the dash and I got a defrost blower and a duct from the previous owner when I bought the car.  I am not 100% sure what I am going to do with it yet since I am going to put 6x9 speakers in the rear deck.  I was hoping to install the duct now and worry about the blower later.  I was thinking of trying to get the blower that has the extra box on it so that a speaker can be used, or maybe even getting creative and rigging up something in the trunk with something aftermarket.  Just not sure yet.

They are a b@#ch to find but they are out there. I got mine from Tony's Parts used. I don't know if he has any more but you can go through his lists and see. Start looking early as it took me two years to find mine. https://www.tonysparts.com/
