Did I solve the problem?  Yes and No...  Here's the update:

I haven't had a lot of time to work on it but here's what I did do.  I went out and bought a new battery and tested it on the window that I knew worked well and with a fully charged battery the window screamed up and down.  Worked perfect.  The old battery that I was using was about 10 years old and couldn't be charged any longer.

I didn't test the window that was going super slow because I wanted to look at it one more time for binding.  I didn't want to hook up the strong battery and hurt something inside if it is binding somewhere. More to follow.

You did read that the window is in wrong? Before you break it.

I posted my response to Anlauto last week but I guess it didn't post.

The picture that I posted was taken earlier in the day after I noticed the slide and corrected that prior to the post.  Sorry about that.
