window crank posistion

so odd question....
but what is the correct position for the manual window crank handles for the front and back on a 71 cuda.

o'clock position of handle when window is up ?
o'clock position of handle when window is down?

Window crank handle should be installed in the horizontal position with the knob facing toward the front of the car with the window in the up position.
