I've had my passenger front seat latch progressively get worse to operate over the last several weeks. It's seemed to give up on me.

I can see that the rivet[?] holding the assembly together is quite loose, is there any hopes to tightening that back up? Or am I on the market for a new latch?

If i need a latch, any idea how far the seat has to be torn down to replace it?

Can I get to it with just taking the seat back off, or does the foam/seat cover need messed with as well?

Any experience here?

Looks like I'll probably be buying a new latch from Van's, could still use some feedback on how far I need to tear down the seat.
