Hellcrate Engine A/C and CAN Bus Interface Module Wiring?

I think I'm going to take the plunge and repower my car with a Hellcrate engine when the body is done.  I've read through the crate engine manual, but cannot find any specifics on how to wire in the A/C to make it work nor how you would drive gauges and whatnot.  I assume the CAN Bus Interface module does some of that, but the instructions gloss right over it in any detail.  Can anybody that has used the Mopar 3G Hemi control kits chime in?  I believe they are all similar for the most part.  I'm trying to plan out the wiring logistics since I'll probably rewire the car again with a new harness if I'm going this far in.
